PRIVATE AREA FOR OWNERS AND INVITED GUESTS

The entire courtyard is reserved for private use by the owners and invited guests to enjoy, it's a great place for sitting on the rear porch having morning coffee or evening beverage and access to the Hot Tub, located outside under two citrus trees in the Court Yard. The outside shower, with dual shower heads is for rising off before and after a relaxing soak in the hot tub. For your convience there is a half-bath in the adjacent laundry room with plenty of fresh towels.

Take time to relax and enjoy the patio area, just watching birds feed from the feeder, and listening to the sounds of water trickling out of the fountains into the fish pond.

The rear porch is right outside the kitchen, The stereo from the master bedroom plays outside, a great place to have have your morning coffee or smoke. Smoking is only allowed outside on the front or rear porch.
